Luke and his team from Sako Constructions completed our house extension in 2014. Our house is a pre 1913 Queensland home, it was important we found a builder who appreciated that we wanted too retain the original style of the house. We invited Luke to provide a quote based on a previous project he had completed. The quote we received from Luke was easy to understand and fully accountable when we discussed the finer details to go from plans to finished product. Luke and his team were easy going and always consulted with us throughout each stage of the building process. Since Sako Constructions finished the extension, we have had Luke back to do other work in the house. We aren't always able to take time off from work to allow builders access to the house. However with Sako Constructions, we leave Luke a key to carry out the work. Which is more convenient then trying to arrange a time to be home. We absolutely recommend Sako Construction to anyone wanting to have extensions / construction completed. We are very happy with our new extension to our home built by Sako Constructions.

I would like to highly recommend Sako Construction for work on our back yard. After some discussion about our Bali hut Luke recommended placing the hut at the other end of the yard, that was a great decision. Luke constructed the Bali hut followed by decking around the pool. Soko was able to work efficiently without any sacrifice to quality and while maintaining a very positive working relationship with me at all times. I felt that our communication was excellent, along with his after service sale when needed some issues looked at after the job was done. This was completed with no fuss.
